I meant to write yesterday about the new job, but I was so tired and very enthralled in The Big Bang Theory and my chili cheese fries. Yes, that's right, chili cheese fries. They were amazing and I don't regret it.

The first day was excellent, but it was kind of boring. See, I feel like even though I've told them and they know that I've been a pediatric MA for four years, the staff forgets it or assumes that I don't know what the hell I'm doing. This is mildly understandable, because on the other hand, this office has a very unique way of doing things. The practice has been around for 40 years and a few of the staff members have been working there almost as long as the office has been there. They seem to have things down to a very specific science and the whole place runs like a well oiled machine. I've been following an MA who has been there for 11 years or something like that. She's great and very knowledgeable. The other MAs are friendly and personable and I feel welcome. I can tell already that I'm going to have a good experience there.

Dating news: I have another first date tonight. He seems really chill and funny. He's super tall (6'4") and has tattoos (hot). We'll see how it goes. We're going to Tommy's, a favorite. I don't know what to wear, though. Thankfully, it doesn't matter what I wear to a place like Tommy's with a chill guy who sports tattoos and listens to "the hard stuff." I might still doll it up a bit to help me out of this dumpy feeling I've been having...Shit. I'm going to need to leave in 12 minutes! haha.
